Getting Started

Go to Register and provide a handle name (also used for your public profile URL), email address, mobile number, and password. After signing up you'll be asked to verify your email with a code, then take a short skill self-assessment that sets your initial DUPR rating.
It's a short multiple-choice quiz about how often and how competitively you play. Your answers set a starting DUPR rating and reliability score. This rating is then automatically adjusted as you play and record results in tournaments, so it improves in accuracy over time.
Yes, where enabled. Choose "Sign in with Google" on the login page. If it's not available for your account/region, use email and password instead.
Use "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your account email. If the email matches an account, we'll send a reset link that's valid for one hour.
Yes. Choose the facility owner option on the registration form and provide your facility/branch name. Facility owners manage their own courts, pricing, and reservations from a separate dashboard.

Booking a Court

Go to Book a Court, pick a date and (optionally) a facility or location, and select one or more open hourly slots on the courts shown. Review your selection, then continue to checkout to confirm and pay.
Each facility sets its own booking window — typically a minimum lead time of a few hours before the slot and a maximum of about two weeks in advance. The exact window for a court is enforced automatically when you try to book it.
Yes, the shortest booking is 30 minutes. Slots selected from the hourly grid are booked in 1-hour blocks.
Yes, a mobile number is required on every reservation so the facility can reach you. If you already have one saved on your profile, it's filled in automatically.
Your slot is held temporarily while you complete checkout. If payment isn't completed within the hold window (a few minutes), the slot is automatically released back for others to book, so it's best to complete payment right away.

Managing & Cancelling Reservations

Go to Reservations and look up your bookings by the email address you booked with, or view them from your account if you're logged in.
Open the reservation's details page and choose Cancel. Unpaid reservations can always be cancelled. A reservation that's already been paid can only be cancelled if the facility has enabled paid cancellations — if you don't see the option, contact the facility directly.
Cancelling a booking does not automatically refund or credit you back. Per our Refund Policy, paid court bookings aren't refunded; instead, contact the facility to request a rebooking to another available date or time, subject to their own rebooking rules.
Once a reservation is paid, a check-in QR code becomes available on the reservation details page. Show it to facility staff when you arrive so they can scan it and check you in for your slot.

Payments

Depending on what a facility has enabled, you can pay online by card or e-wallet through our payment partners (instant, automatically confirmed), or pay manually by transferring to a listed e-wallet (e.g. GCash, Maya, GoTyme) and uploading proof of payment for the facility to verify. Some facilities also offer Pay in Venue for trusted regular players.
After you submit your payment reference and proof-of-payment image, the facility owner reviews and verifies it from their dashboard. Your reservation stays pending until it's approved, so submit clear, legible proof to avoid delays.
JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF images up to 1 MB, such as a screenshot or photo of your payment confirmation.
Manual and Pay in Venue payments also draw from your active credit subscription, so you'll need at least one active, redeemed credit plan to use them. If you don't have one, purchase a plan under Pricing & Plans first, or pay online instead.
Yes. Online payments are processed by our payment partners; GetPickleCourt does not store your card or e-wallet credentials. Your reservation is only marked paid once the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Credits & Subscription Plans

A credit plan is a prepaid bundle of booking credits valid for a set number of days. You buy a plan once under Pricing & Plans, redeem it, and then spend credits toward court bookings, open plays, and tournaments made with manual or Pay in Venue payment. Only one plan can be active at a time; buying/redeeming a new one replaces the current one.
Typical costs are around 1 credit per hour for a manually paid or pay-in-venue court booking, 1 credit to join an open play, 2 credits to join a tournament, and 5 credits to publish/host your own tournament. Exact amounts can be adjusted by the platform and are always shown before you confirm.
Yes, each plan has a validity period starting when you redeem it. Unused credits expire when that period ends, so check the validity days shown for a plan before buying.
No. Online card/e-wallet payment through our payment partners does not require a credit plan. Credit plans are only needed for manual/offline payment and Pay in Venue.

Open Plays

An Open Play is a scheduled, facility-hosted drop-in session with a set date, time, and participant limit, where players can join and play without booking a specific court reservation.
Browse Open Play Sessions, pick a session with available slots, and join through checkout. Online payment usually includes a small processing fee; manual and Pay in Venue options are also available where the facility offers them.

Tournaments

A tournament moves through draft, published, started, and closed stages. Organizers configure the format, skill division, and access type, then publish it for players to join. Once the bracket is full, the organizer starts the tournament, records match results, and closes it when finished, with results reflected as achievements on players' profiles.
Open a published tournament and choose Join. Self-joining costs credits from your active credit plan. An organizer can also add you directly by email at no credit cost. Some tournaments are private and restricted to invited clubs, and some are limited to a specific DUPR skill-division range.
Yes. Go to Tournaments → Host, configure the details, and publish it. If you're hosting as a player (not a facility owner), publishing spends credits from your active credit plan.
Seeding is the order organizers assign to registered participants that determines their placement in the bracket. It can be adjusted any time before the tournament starts, and is locked once it does.

Clubs

A club is a player-run group with its own page, membership, and avatar. Clubs can also be invited to private tournaments as a group.
Create a club from the Clubs page with a name and optional description. To join an existing club, ask the club owner to invite your account by email — you'll get an in-app notification and email invitation to accept or decline.
Open the club page and choose Leave. Club owners can't leave their own club directly — contact support if you need to transfer ownership.
