GetPickleCourt provides booking and payment workflows for participating pickleball facilities. Court availability, pricing, and operating rules are managed by each facility owner and may differ by venue.

2. Player Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and keep your profile information current.
• Use your account only for lawful bookings and participation.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and session access.

3. Booking Rules

• A booking request is considered confirmed only after successful submission and payment status handling by the system.
• Facilities can define their own booking windows, blocked slots, and cancellation limits.
• Players are responsible for arriving on time and respecting court time boundaries.

4. Open Play and Tournaments

• Open play and tournament slots are subject to participant limits and organizer approval rules.
• Joining a session reserves a participant seat and may include separate fees.
• Organizers and facility owners may update format details, start times, and eligibility requirements when operationally necessary.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Online payments are processed through configured payment providers; manual methods require verification by facility staff.
• Service fees and court fees shown at checkout form part of the payable total.
• Refund or adjustment decisions follow the facility policy attached to the reservation and applicable payment method rules.

6. Conduct and Safety

• Users must act respectfully toward players, organizers, and facility staff.
• Abusive behavior, fraudulent bookings, or policy circumvention may lead to suspension.
• Facility-specific house rules and safety requirements apply during play.

7. Changes to Terms

GetPickleCourt may update these terms as features evolve. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
