• Facilities and organizers: booking and participation details needed to manage courts, open plays, tournaments, clubs, and venue operations.
• Payment providers: payment and contact details needed to create or reconcile a transaction. Payment card information is handled by the configured payment provider, not stored as full card details by GetPickleCourt.
• Service providers: providers that support hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, or other necessary operations under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal and safety requests: information when required by law, legal process, or a legitimate request to protect users, facilities, or the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some profile, club, tournament, participant, and match information may be visible to other users or facility organizers when you use community features.
